Returns should be clear and straightforward. Here you will find the process and the most important conditions.

Returns in four steps

1. Contact us

Email us your order number and return request within the applicable return period.

2. Receive confirmation

We will send you the return address and further instructions.

3. Send it back safely

Pack the item completely and securely. We recommend tracked shipping.

4. Inspection & refund

After receipt, we inspect the return. The refund is then issued to the original payment method.

Return conditions

  • The item is unworn, undamaged and complete.
  • Original packaging and supplied accessories are included.
  • The return is registered within the applicable period.
  • The item shows no signs of wear, soiling or unauthorised alterations.

Made-to-measure products

Products individually made to your specifications, including the tailored fit, are generally excluded from voluntary exchange and, where legally permitted, from the right of withdrawal. Valid warranty or defect claims remain unaffected.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless DECOS is responsible for an error or another agreement has been made. Unpaid shipments cannot be accepted.

Arrived damaged or faulty?

Contact us before returning the item with your order number and clear photos. We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution. Information on workmanship defects is also available under Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee.
